Sin embargo, diversas patolog\u00edas cr\u00f3nicas poseen signos y s\u00edntomas compatibles con la fibromialgia, dificultando el correcto diagn\u00f3stico. Por este motivo, surge como problem\u00e1tica la necesidad de encontrar indicadores que asistan en el diagn\u00f3stico diferencial. Para ello, en la presente propuesta abordamos dicho interrogante desde un punto de vista integral, evaluando, en una primera instancia, las deficiencias cognitivas ampliamente reportadas por los pacientes, tanto desde la electroencefalograf\u00eda como desde diversas medidas conductuales. En una segunda instancia, se propone evaluar el balance y las respuestas sensoriales, dado que resulta ser una dimensi\u00f3n en la que tambi\u00e9n se han reportado alteraciones.
