La primera es una extensi\u00f3n de un modelo sustituto del dolor con cuchillas no cortantes, relevante para pacientes con autolesi\u00f3n no suicida. Se propone un estimulador rob\u00f3tico automatizado para mejorar la precisi\u00f3n y reducir la variabilidad de la evaluaci\u00f3n manual. La segunda alternativa explora el uso de estimulaci\u00f3n por radiofrecuencia para evaluar la funci\u00f3n de las fibras peque\u00f1as, como alternativa a los costosos potenciales evocados por l\u00e1ser. Se registrar\u00e1n y validar\u00e1n los potenciales evocados por radiofrecuencia para su comparaci\u00f3n con el est\u00e1ndar actual.
