La estimulaci\u00f3n se aplicar\u00e1 en sujetos sanos durante un modelo de dolor experimental por diatermia, el cual fue desarrollado por los integrantes del proyecto, y se caracteriza por ser novedoso y activar preferentemente a las fibras finas. Asimismo, se pretende evaluar a pacientes de fibromialgia, ya que existe evidencia que un porcentaje de estos pacientes presentan alteraci\u00f3n en la funci\u00f3n de las fibras finas, y todav\u00eda no se cuenta con informaci\u00f3n acerca de la incidencia sobre la actividad cortical evocada por est\u00edmulos mec\u00e1nicos.
