En una BCI para recuperaci\u00f3n motora, el usuario realiza o intenta realizar una actividad motora que produce cambios en la se\u00f1al de electroencefalograf\u00eda (EEG), como la desincronizaci\u00f3n relacionada con eventos. IM-tention es una BCI para la recuperaci\u00f3n motora. Fue desarrollada en Python y consta de una interfaz gr\u00e1fica de usuario, una base de datos de pacientes y los siguientes m\u00f3dulos: Comunicaci\u00f3n con el amplificador, Preprocesamiento de se\u00f1ales, Extracci\u00f3n de caracter\u00edsticas y Entrenamiento del clasificador (fase de calibraci\u00f3n) o Clasificaci\u00f3n de caracter\u00edsticas (fase de bucle cerrado). IM-tention permite el registro del EEG utilizando los amplificadores de biopotenciales de c\u00f3digo abierto OpenBCI y BioAmp.
