In connection with this, it can be mentioned that in Argentina a new law dealing with traceability <br \/>regime and verification of active medical products in use has been enacted in 2013. Although, this law has not been <br \/>regulated, it served the purpose to establish, the bases to start working in the areas of Health Technology Management. <br \/>Therefore, it seems to be necessary, at first sight, to know more about the infrastructure, human resources, and the <br \/>equipment management; in order to develop future policies which, allow professionals to successfully implement this <br \/>law. In this paper, a well-designed and validating tool to gather data about Health Technology Management should be <br \/>presented. It is of paramount importance to highlight the fact that this tool is already available and preliminary data is <br \/>being collected from the argentine health organizations Keywords\u2014 Health Technology Management, gather data, <br \/>Argentine.<\/p>\n<h4>Resumen<\/h4>\n<p>Las tecnolog\u00edas sanitarias son esenciales para el funcionamiento de un sistema de salud, y las entidades de <br \/>referencia a nivel mundial en el tema han publicado numerosos documentos donde muestran los problemas derivados <br \/>de la gesti\u00f3n inadecuada de estas tecnolog\u00edas. En Argentina, en el a\u00f1o 2013, se emiti\u00f3 la Ley 26.906 \u201cR\u00e9gimen de <br \/>trazabilidad y verificaci\u00f3n de aptitud t\u00e9cnica de los productos m\u00e9dicos activos de salud en uso\u201d la cual, si bien no ha sido <br \/>reglamentada, establecer\u00eda las bases para comenzar a trabajar en las \u00e1reas de Gesti\u00f3n de Tecnolog\u00edas Sanitarias. Es <br \/>necesario en una primera fase, conocer sobre la infraestructura, recursos humanos y gesti\u00f3n del equipamiento para <br \/>poder diagramar pol\u00edticas futuras que permitan la implementaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de esta Ley. En este trabajo se presenta el <br \/>dise\u00f1o y validaci\u00f3n de una herramienta para el relevamiento de datos sobre la Gesti\u00f3n de Tecnolog\u00edas Sanitarias.
