Este modelo se ha desarrollado a trav\u00e9s de los programas de modelado y simulaci\u00f3n SketchUp\u00ae, OpenStudio\u00ae y EnergyPlus; los cuales permitieron simular diferentes comportamientos modificando condiciones de las estructuras constructivas.
