Para ello, se propone llevar adelante la s\u00edntesis de AuNPs, y funcionalizarlas con los apt\u00e1meros espec\u00edficos para la detecci\u00f3n de <em>E. coli<\/em>. Se realizar\u00e1n los ensayos de detecci\u00f3n y puesta a punto de la t\u00e9cnica en medio l\u00edquido. Se buscar\u00e1 optimizar las condiciones para que el dispositivo sea capaz de detectar bajas concentraciones de las bacterias.
