Abstract
The authors regret that incorrect effect sizes from the statistical analysis were published in Table 1 of their study Ravera and Rozumalski (2024). The errors outlined below were due to the overwriting of variables in the Python script. These errors only affected the results of the effect size statistical analysis. However, they have no impact on the discussion and conclusions of this study. We have summarized below the corrected (bold) versions of the text and table.
The distribution for all parameters were well matched between groups (Table 1). There were no significant differences between groups for baseline age (p=0.571), energy consumption (p=0.338), self-selected walking speed (p=0.578) and a little difference in spasticity (plantarflexor, p=0.008 with an effect size of 0.38; and rectus femoris, p=0.011 with an effect size of 0.04).
