Para evaluar el impacto del glifosato, 2,4-D e imidacloprid, tanto de manera individual como en combinaci\u00f3n, en concentraciones ambientalmente relevantes, se utilizaron branquias de peces cebra adultos (Danio re-rio), exponi\u00e9ndolos a los diferentes pesticidas y su mezcla durante 96 horas. Se reali-zaron an\u00e1lisis de comportamiento, ex\u00e1menes histol\u00f3gicos, an\u00e1lisis de da\u00f1o en el ADN y perfilado de la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica. Las investigaciones de comportamiento mostraron una mayor locomoci\u00f3n exhibida por los peces control en comparaci\u00f3n con los anima-les expuestos al glifosato, 2,4-D, imidacloprid y principalmente aquellos expuestos a la mezcla de pesticidas. Todos los grupos expuestos a los pesticidas individualmente, mostraron una disminuci\u00f3n en el tiempo de tigmotaxis, lo que indica una reducci\u00f3n en el comportamiento de protecci\u00f3n de depredadores. El an\u00e1lisis histol\u00f3gico revel\u00f3 disparidades significativas en las estructuras de tejido. La exposici\u00f3n al imidacloprid produjo da\u00f1o leve (G1), el glifosato produjo da\u00f1o moderado (G2) a grave (G3), el 2,4-D y la mezcla de todos ellos en las mismas concentraciones generaron lesiones graves (G3). Los plaguicidas de forma individual y su mezcla, produjeron da\u00f1o oxidativo a nivel del ADN de forma muy significativa.
